Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Premium Journey Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Premium Journey Advisor, you will be responsible for creating and managing personalized travel itineraries for our
- end clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their travel preferences and provide them with exceptional service throughout their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage personalized travel itineraries for
- end clients, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation - Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide recommendations and suggestions based on their interests
- Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and confirmations
- Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and other vendors to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients
- Stay

- date on industry trends and new destinations to provide clients with the most current and unique travel options - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the clients' travels and provide timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and enhance the company's services and offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (not required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury travel planning or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and activities, particularly in Portugal and Europe
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Passion for travel and providing exceptional service to clients
Contract Details:
This is a
- time, permanent position based in Lisbon, Portugal. The employee will be expected to work on their own schedule.
