Job Opportunity: Preparador/a de Obra

Our client is a
- established general contractor focused on rehabilitation projects nationwide. As a structured company with growth prospects, they are looking to strengthen their internal team by hiring a Preparador/a de Obra for the Lisbon area.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor all phases of the construction project;
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals;
3. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;
4. Prepare cost estimates and budgets;
5. Manage/coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors;
6. Track project progress to ensure conformity.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field;
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations;
• Proficiency in Auto
  CAD and Microsoft Office tools;
• Availability to visit construction sites (preferred);
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
