Job Overview:
We are seeking for an experienced and dynamic AI Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in providing technical support during sales calls, presenting solutions, and assisting Client Executives with understanding customer requirements. The AI Pre-Sales Engineer will take joint ownership of assigned accounts/opportunities, focusing on technical issues while providing input for, proposals, RFI and RFP responses. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and a creative mindset to design optimal solutions that meet customer needs within their constraints.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Sales Support: Provide technical support in sales calls and solution presentations. Assist Client Executives in comprehending customer requirements.
- Account Ownership: Share ownership of assigned accounts/opportunities with Client Executives, focusing on technical issues.
- Proposals Input: Contribute to responses for proposals, RFIs and RFPs, including effort estimates, project team composition, timelines, implementation methodology, and solution components.
- Discovery and Scoping: Lead and facilitate discovery sessions with clients. Anticipate customer needs and identify appropriate solution alternatives, incorporating creative and

- box thinking. - Solution Design: Understand client business processes and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise) to define optimal project scopes and effort estimates. Create and defend solution estimates and Statements Of Work.
- Technical Coordination: Respond to customer technical questions and objections. Coordinate with technical architects and consultants for specific design requirements.
- Third-party Recommendations: Provide insights on
- party applications and components as part of the solution. - Expectation Management: Manage expectations across prospects, clients, and internal teams, serving as the voice of reason and establishing credibility.

- end, from conception through the sales process to project initiation. - Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling services sales presentations in support of the sales process. Share examples from past experience to illustrate capabilities and insights.
- Demonstrations and Prototypes: Work with Client Executives and the Consulting team to develop customer demonstrations and prototypes. Support proof of concept installations.
- Architectural Oversight: Provide oversight of the solution throughout the project, ensuring alignment with initial scope.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role, with a strong technical background.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
- Excellent

- Experience with Conversational AI applications and
- code AI platforms preferred. - Portuguese, Spanish and English are mandatory.
