About the job

Presentation Designer in the Lisbon IB Publishing Team will be working directly with BNP Paribas Investment Banking Professionals of Advisory, Capital Markets, and Coverage, across the EMEA region

Your Main Activities Are

Collaborate with financial analysts and other Investment Banking professionals to transform financial data into visually appealing and coherent presentations

Design and enhance pitch decks, investment memorandums, and other crucial documents for client meetings and transactions

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, while incorporating innovative design concepts

Provide creative input to enhance the visual storytelling of the presentations developed

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate
- edge design elements to maintain a competitive edge

Correct recurrent typos, spelling, and syntax, ensuring changes are traceable

Assist in maintaining a database of standard presentation materials (template slides, maps, iconography, images)

Train new users in Power
Point and other tools, and impart BNPP best practices when required

Profile and Skills to Success

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications or Architecture, Fine Arts and Design

Professional experience in a marketing or design background

Previous experience in an Investment
