Role Overview

We're looking for

to join as a
Pricing & Strategy Analyst (Graduate Track)
. This role is designed for
top graduates from Portugal's leading universities (NOVA, Católica, Técnico, Porto, Coimbra, Minho, etc. )
who are eager to apply their
quantitative and
- solving skills
to
- world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Analyze booking, demand, and market data to set optimal prices across hundreds of properties.

Example: Use market trends and competitor data to adjust rates daily and maximize revenue.

Build and maintain dashboards, models, and forecasting tools.

Example: Develop automated reports in Excel/SQL and BI tools to monitor performance.

Experiment with new revenue strategies, measure impact, and scale what works.

Example: Run A/B tests on pricing models and replicate successful strategies
- wide.

Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align commercial goals.

Example: Work with the Operations team to forecast occupancy and with Finance to meet budget targets.

Develop a career path in revenue management, strategy, or data science within Guest
Ready.

Example: Progress from Analyst to Manager through consistent performance and learning.

What You Need to Succeed
Recent graduate (or early career) in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Python/R or BI tools (Tableau, Power
BI) is a plus.

Exceptional analytical and
- solving skills — comfortable with large datasets.

Curious, experimental mindset: you test, learn, and improve continuously.

Fluency in Portuguese and English.
