THE ROLE

As our Pricing Manager, you will develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. Your responsibilities include analyzing market trends, monitoring competitors, and adjusting prices to meet demand. Your expertise will be vital in achieving revenue targets and operational efficiency.

You will join our Revenue Management team at our Lisbon HQ, reporting to the Own Rental Director, and collaborating with Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to inform decisions.
• Monitor KPIs like Revenue/Week, Pace Delta, and Occupancy Weekly Inefficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on promotional strategies.
• Use data insights to adjust prices based on demand and occupancy.
• Maintain records of pricing strategies and their impacts.
• Report on pricing performance to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in pricing.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in pricing or revenue management roles.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with a
  - driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in pricing and revenue management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced, changing environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
