The Role

As our Pricing Manager, you will develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. Your responsibilities include analyzing market trends, monitoring competitors, and adjusting prices accordingly. You will work closely with the Revenue Management team at our Lisbon HQ, reporting to the Own Rental Director and collaborating with Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Analyze market and competitor data to inform pricing decisions.
• Monitor KPIs such as Revenue/Week, Pace Delta, and Occupancy Weekly Inefficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on promotional strategies.
• Use data insights to adjust pricing based on demand and occupancy.
• Maintain records of pricing strategies and outcomes.
• Report on pricing performance to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in pricing or revenue management.
• Strong analytical skills and
  - driven
  - making ability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with pricing and revenue management tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a
  - paced environment.
• Attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
