About The Job

The Primary Digital Support team, working closely with counterparts in Primary Markets, will focus on developing and implementing tools, applications, and processes to help the business operate more effectively. They will also provide ongoing support for
- shore teams in their

- day origination and execution of transactions.

Your Main Activities

1. Design, develop, and maintain applications to automate and optimize business processes and internal management reporting.
2. Develop tools and applications to analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities for the business.
3. Gain a sound understanding of the Primary Markets platform and the bond issuance process, from mandate to launch, book building, allocation, and booking.
4. Collaborate with
   - shore teams to offer solutions to problems.
5. Assist with new products, market developments, and initiatives.
6. Apply existing policies and procedures within established guidelines related to Primary activities to ensure
   - quality outputs.
7. Work independently where possible, but escalate complex issues to senior colleagues in a timely manner.
8. Prioritize workload to support
   - shore teams effectively.
9. Contribute to
   - announcement deal support, including preparing presentations, marketing materials, and reports.
10. Build strong relationships with onshore teams in Primary Markets and other internal stakeholders.

Profile And Skills To Success

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
2. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Fluency in English, both oral and written.
4. Knowledge of full stack web development.
5. Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Next. js, Solara, Streamlit, Dash.
6. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related frameworks such as Lang
   Chain, Llama
   Index, Autogen.
7. Familiarity with Dev
   Ops tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
8. Strong understanding of software development principles (Agile, Lean, Kanban).
9. Interest or experience in financial markets and applications of Generative AI and LLMs.
10. Knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Workflow Automation.
11. Good understanding of BNPP, industry, products, and services, with a willingness to learn and develop market awareness.

About The Team

Global Credit within Global Markets manages Primary Markets and Secondary Trading of corporate debt and related instruments. The team includes roles such as syndicate, debt capital markets, trading, sales, structuring, and desk analysts.

Within Primary Markets, DCM Marketers manage client relationships and originate mandates; Syndicate Officers execute bond issuances; and Solutions teams provide structuring expertise.
