About The Job

• The Product Manager Specialist is responsible to understand market and competitive challenges and translate them into product improvements in a way that delivers value to internal and external customers, coordinate cross functional teams by setting the strategy, roadmap and product features to be implemented, collect, organize and analyze data in a way that can serve the strategic vision for the product (impact analysis, revenues forecast, pricing renegotiation)
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Develop product enhancements and
  - engineering existing business processes. Work closely with IT for new development and workflow enhancements
• Contribute to Synthetic Prime Brokerage and Delta 1 Platform projects and tasks supervised and supported by Product Development management
• Provide strategic solutions based on changing business requirements
• Coordination for
  - specific requests and enhancements
• Propose solutions to existing manual process and control gaps, working with operational and IT teams for implementation
• Act as a subject
  - expert and leverage domain expertise to develop innovative solutions
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Finance or Engineering
• 3-5 years of exposure to the finance industry
• Fluency in English is mandatory (only applications in English will be considered);.
• Proficient in Office package (Excel and Powerpoint)
