About The Job

• The Product Manager Specialist is responsible to understand market and competitive challenges and translate them into product improvements that deliver value to internal and external customers. They coordinate cross‑functional teams by setting the strategy, roadmap and product features, and collect, organize and analyze data to support the product vision (impact analysis, revenue forecasts, pricing renegotiation).

Your Main Activities Are

• Develop product enhancements and re‑engineer existing business processes. Work closely with IT for new development and workflow enhancements.
• Contribute to Synthetic Prime Brokerage and Delta 1 Platform projects supervised by Product Development management.
• Provide strategic solutions based on changing business requirements.
• Coordinate client‑specific requests and enhancements.
• Propose solutions to existing manual process and control gaps, working with operational and IT teams for implementation.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert and leverage domain expertise to develop innovative solutions.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Finance or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of exposure to the finance industry.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (only applications in English will be considered).
• Proficient in Office package (Excel and Powerpoint).

About The Team

• BNP Paribas Global Markets' Prime Services business unit is one of three main sub‑business units within the Global Equities division. Our team combines the strengths of traditional Prime Brokerage services with the innovative spirit of the Equity Derivative franchise.
• Within Prime Services, our Product Development team plays a critical role in product enhancements, re‑engineering of the existing business processes and responding to client demand. We work closely with other areas within the business, including sales, securities lending and client management, risk, and with transversal teams such as Operations and Technology.
