Responsibilities
- Pre‑Sales & Business Development: lead technical discussions with defence clients, articulate complex solutions, and identify strategic alliances to differentiate our offering.
- Solution Design & Business Proposals: develop solution architectures, engage with OEMs and technology partners, and ensure compliance with international and military standards.
- Delivery Support: act as a trusted advisor to project teams, ensuring technical quality and alignment with proposed solutions, and participate in strategic customer engagement.
- Knowledge Sharing & Solution Reuse: promote reuse of proven solutions across aerospace and defence projects, driving continuous improvement.
- Driving Innovation: stay updated on industry developments by attending events, monitoring trends, and integrating new insights into our approach.
Qualifications
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Proven expertise in defence systems and solutions (Naval domain is a plus).
- Excellent problem‑solving and solution‑design skills.
- Strong presentation, communication and technical writing abilities.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide sales and delivery teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in high‑stakes environments.
- 10+ years of experience in defence systems engineering.
- Proven pre‑sales engineering, solution design and technical leadership experience.
- Experience supporting both sales activities and project delivery.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strategic and tactical thinking.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
