As a Principal Data Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, enabling generative AI applications.
• Guide technical decisions to ensure data platforms are reliable, scalable, and
  - performing.
• Mentor data engineers, fostering growth and championing best practices.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and designers to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Improve development processes, tooling, and advocate for best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Resolve production issues, implement monitoring solutions, and contribute to testing frameworks.

Qualifications include:

• 8+ years of professional experience as a data engineer, with a focus on AWS cloud services
• Expertise in Python development
• Experience with relational databases, Docker, and data pipeline performance diagnostics
• Interest in generative AI and ML topics
• Kedro framework experience is a plus
• Strong
  - solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in
  - paced, complex environments
