Your Impact

As a member of the Gen AI team, you will collaborate with the Client Capabilities Network to deliver
-
-
- art generative AI automations.

You will develop generative AI products with
- wide impact, working with data scientists, engineers, designers, and product managers on
- priority initiatives. Using
- edge technology, we aim to revolutionize knowledge research and enable firm members to deliver impactful stories effortlessly.

You will work
- on with the latest multimodal LLMs, conducting experiments and deploying production pipelines for automating knowledge search, curation, and synthesis. This includes model training,
- tuning, evaluation, and iteration to enhance creativity and content generation.

You’ll focus on AI platforms or products within the distributed generative AI team, which spans North America, Europe, and Latin America. Our mission is to advance data retrieval and Generative AI applications, driving innovation and delivering impactful AI solutions.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of NLP, Transformers, LLMs, and generative AI
• Experience with Open
  AI’s GPT suite, including multimodal models like GPT4V and GPT4o
• Understanding of how LLMs can be used for classification,
  - ranking, and recommendation systems
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience building
  -
  - end data models and pipelines
• Experience managing Git repositories with effective version control and organized branching strategies
