THE ROLE

As Principal Dev
Ops Engineer, you'll be the technical lead for our platform reliability and developer experience. You'll own the north star for CI/CD, runtime, observability, cost efficiency, and incident response across all products, mentoring Dev
Ops/SREs and partnering with Security and Product Engineering.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Define and evolve platform architecture (Kubernetes/ECS, Ia
  C, networking, secrets, service mesh).
• Lead CI/CD strategy (multi-env, progressive delivery, canary/feature flags).
• Lead the Dev
  Sec
  Ops discipline by ensuring solid infrastructure security with automatic controls
• Own observability (metrics/logs/traces), SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and
  - call excellence.
• Drive cost governance and performance tuning across AWS/GCP.
• Raise developer experience (golden paths, reusable modules, scaffolds,
  - source).
• Coach engineers;
  
  
  
  lead incident reviews and reliability roadmaps.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 8–12+ years in Dev
  Ops/SRE;
  
  
  
  staff/principal scope.
• Deep AWS/GCP, Kubernetes/containers, Terraform, Linux, networking.
• Proven CI/CD design (Git
  Hub Actions/Git
  Lab), artifacts, environments.
• Observability expertise (Prometheus/Grafana, Open
  Telemetry, Sentry);
  
  
  
  incident leadership.
• Security hygiene (least privilege, secrets, SBOMs, supply chain).
• Excellent communicator, mentor, and
