We are seeking a dynamic individual to orchestrate specific frameworks and strategy for Generative AI and Decision AI, advising on industry best approaches and perspectives to achieve AI value at scale. As a technical lead, you will guide AI projects, collaborate on concept definition, and establish an external network of industry experts to drive the evaluation of our setup. Your creativity will be crucial in designing AI building blocks for reuse and supporting internal mentorship and coaching of AI experts. In your new role you will:

1. Orchestrate specific frameworks and strategy for Generative AI and Decision AI
2. Advise
   - AI projects on industry best practices and perspectives to achieve AI value at scale
3. Guide AI projects as a technical lead and collaborate on concept definition and proof of concept
4. Establish an external network of industry experts and evaluate partnerships (including strategic vendors, PDHs, consultants); drive the evaluation of Infineon setup
5. Design reusable
   - AI building blocks (Models, Tools, Infrastructure); support and guide the introduction of AI pilots
6. Support and facilitate internal mentorship and coaching of AI (junior) experts; provide vision and inspiration to attract talents
7. Stay updated on AI developments and facilitate knowledge sharing

You have a clear understanding of how innovation contributes to the company's success. You are
- oriented and capable of establishing successful cooperation quickly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Data and AI, within manufacturing/R&D environment, especially with Generative AI applications, preferably with knowledge of semiconductor design, digitalization, and AI
• Outstanding knowledge and experience in Data Science and MLOps in ML/DL, Generative AI
• Experience in at least one of the fields: AI for people efficiency, AI for process parameters, AI for quality inspection, or Edge/Tiny ML applications
• Demonstrated experience in software deployment, CI/CD, ML operations, and AI quality assurance
• Strong expertise in implementing ML/DL at scale in productive environments (manufacturing and R&D)
• Ability to quickly understand complex interrelations, structure them, and motivate others while building networks
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
