Role Purpose

The Principal IT Solution Architect – SAP SC will:

• Develop and communicate strategic visions for ABAP and HANA developments.
• Lead and motivate SAP development teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure high standards in ABAP/HANA development, leveraging best practices.
• Mentor team members to grow their skills in SAP technologies.
• Make strategic technical decisions for scalable and efficient SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in SAP development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT architecture, with extensive SAP experience (8-10 years in ABAP and HANA).
• Proven leadership in technical teams and SAP implementations.
• Experience with SAP integrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP modules and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning in SAP technologies.
