Role Purpose

The Principal IT Solution Architect – SAP SC will:

• Develop and communicate a technical vision and strategy for ABAP and HANA developments, aligning with organizational goals and fostering innovation.
• Lead and motivate internal and external development teams, fostering collaboration and high performance in SAP technologies.
• Ensure high standards in ABAP/HANA development, utilizing best practices and advanced techniques.
• Mentor team members, supporting their professional growth in the ABAP/HANA stack.
• Lead technical
  - making to ensure scalable, efficient solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies related to ABAP and HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT architecture, system design, and implementation.
• Extensive SAP experience (8-10+ years), including
  - on ABAP and HANA development.
• Proven leadership in technical teams and mentorship roles.
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP projects, from requirements to support.
• Expertise in SAP system integration (BAPI, RFC, ALE/IDOC, web services).
• Strong performance tuning skills for ABAP and HANA.
• Excellent troubleshooting and
  - solving abilities.
• Knowledge of SAP modules like FI, MM, SD, and their integrations.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
• Commitment to ongoing learning of SAP technologies and best practices.
