What’s the purpose of this role?
- Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA ERP Plan‑to‑Produce processes and integration with Manufacturing Execution (MES) as well as Demand/Supply Planning and scheduling systems.
- Develop and optimize the Plan‑to‑Produce Process in S/4HANA to enhance planning and manufacturing efficiency and responsiveness.
- Design and manage intercompany trade processes within S/4HANA to ensure seamless operations across global supply chains.
- Design and manage the Plant Maintenance processes within S/4HANA to support seamless maintenance at manufacturing sites.
- Integrate Logistics Service Providers, External Warehouses and Last‑Mile logistics with S/4HANA to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- Integrate SAP e
WM solution with S/4HANA for warehouse operations supporting distribution and manufacturing sites. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Global Process Owners and Product Teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing and supply‑chain landscape, leveraging the latest SAP technologies and tools.
What is needed to succeed in this role?
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of S/4HANA ERP architecture, configuration, and integration with manufacturing execution and other supply‑chain systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in SAP implementation, with at least 5 years focused on manufacturing and supply‑chain solutions.
- Supply‑chain planning processes: In‑depth understanding of supply‑chain planning processes and integration with planning solutions.
- Production Planning: Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Scheduling processes within S/4HANA.
- Plant Maintenance processes: In‑depth understanding of Plant Maintenance processes within S/4HANA.
- Supply‑Chain Processes: In‑depth understanding of intercompany trade processes and logistics integration, including Logistics Service Providers, Warehouse/Transportation Management and last‑mile delivery solutions.
- Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Ability to stay current with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing technical teams.
