Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years
  - related experience or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years
  - related experience;
• Experience in managing learning/training and professional development activities for a large organization;
• Experience in facilitating team building.

Duties/role

• Providing training administration and logistical support to all CA training initiatives such as Team Development, Team Coaching, seminars, conferences, communities of practice, and "TED Talks" style events;
• Supporting the design, development, and delivery of training programmes focused on the Agency's core priorities;
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of Technical, Soft Skills, and Corporate training activities related to Agency processes, services, and capabilities.
