Job Title

We are currently looking for a Principal Product Definition Analyst to play a key role across multiple products. After onboarding, you will take on several missions whose scope may evolve over time in line with business priorities and portfolio growth. Air
Ops (AOP) is the leading platform for airline and airport operations, delivering seamless passenger journeys, optimized airport performance, and automated disruption management. To support continued growth, we are expanding our teams with transversal expertise, focusing on our Seamless Travel and Baggage Portfolio, which includes products such as ACUS, BRS, CUSS platforms, Automated Bag Drops, ASM, APV, the Amadeus Biometric Platform, and Amadeus Insights.

• Act as a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) for Airport Competency Centers, serving as the primary engineering interface between airport customers and Amadeus teams;
  
  
  
  

• Design

  - end solutions and lead their delivery across multiple products;
  
  
  
  

• Provide deep functional expertise and ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities;
  
  
  
  

• Manage priorities, risks, and outcomes to ensure successful customer engagements;
  
  
  
  

• Contribute to the evolution and scaling of the Competency Center model, supporting Air
  Ops' Services growth strategy;
  
  
  
  

• Support
  - sales teams on complex,
  - product solutioning, ensuring all impacts are identified and addressed;
  
  
  
  

• Leverage a strong internal network to involve relevant Engineering and Product Management teams;
  
  
  
  

• Represent the portfolio in customer presentations and product demonstrations;
  
  
  
  

• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to support portfolio evolution.

• Strong

• Demonstrated experience designing solutions in complex environments involving multiple products and stakeholders;
  
  
  
  

• Background in Engineering, Product, Implementation, or a similar role, combining functional and technical expertise;
  
  
  
  

• Experience within the airline and/or airport industry;
  
  
  
  

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites across Europe.
