Your Impact
You will lead an SRE team aligned with one or more practices or TE domains. You will manage the SRE roadmap and priorities for the team while driving adoption of standard components and services in collaboration with CSM and TE teams. You will advocate Dev

Ops best practices and guarantee the performance, reliability, security, and effectiveness of the assigned products and platforms.
You will combine ‘Agile’ with expertise in cloud, big data, and mobile to create and maintain custom solutions, consistent with SRE principles, that help clients increase productivity and make timely decisions. You will provide personal and technical mentorship to 2-5 senior reliability engineers and communicate effectively across stakeholder groups, from engineers to business users, connecting technical work to business and operational implications.
You’ll join our Lisbon or Prague office as part of the Managed Cloud Services – Client Solution Services group (MCS-CSS). You will work with various product teams focusing on application reliability, scalability, and availability in container infrastructure. This group develops new products/services and integrates them into client work, operating with a pure SRE mindset to provide reliable infrastructure and enhance products. Team members are located across the world in different time zones (Czech Republic, Germany, India, USA, Costa Rica).

Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience with software engineering best practices
- 4+ years of experience building native cloud solutions in AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure
- Experience in project coordination, Agile, and SRE/Dev
