Mindera is in search of a Principal Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role, you may be focused on the solutions side, where you will lead the design and implementation of advanced solutions that drive our client's technology evolution, working with various departments to understand their needs and develop systems that improve efficiency and customer experience. On the other hand, you can also be focused on the platform side, where you will lead the development and evolution of core technology platforms that underpin
- wide services. You will ensure that the platforms are scalable, resilient, and provide the necessary foundation to support current and future business initiatives.

You will be instrumental in crafting scalable and secure architectures that meet complex business needs while ensuring high performance and reliability. This position requires collaboration with
- functional teams, technical leadership, and a keen focus on transforming business objectives into technical solutions. You will guide the architectural vision and be a key player in stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• At least 8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and design of infrastruscture solutions, in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks and experience in applying these to
  - world projects.
• Knowledge of different solution modelling languages such as UML, Archi
  Mate, and C4.
• Proficient in AWS or Azure, with experience in designing and deploying
  - based solutions.
• Strong understanding of security practices, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of application development methodologies, infrastructure, and network architecture.
• Experience in programming, software development, Dev
  Ops, CI/CD, and containerisation.
• Knowledge of integration solutions and API management.
• Strong ability to deliver flexible, reliable, supportable,
  - effective technology solutions, including integration with legacy systems.
• Experience in developing
  - wide disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring architectural resilience and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to technical and
  - technical purposes.

Nice-to-have:

• Ability to understand the "big picture", the
  - term target state, and
  - term needs.
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of modern technologies.
• Proficiency in translating
  - state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements.
• Knowledge of Data & AI solutions, including big data technologies (e. g. Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), data governance, analytics, and privacy regulations.
• Expertise in infrastructure architecture across hybrid and
  - cloud environments, including network design, virtualization, Ia
  C, observability, and DR strategies.
