About this role
As part of our Global Biometrics Department, you will work alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
The Principal Statistical Programmer is responsible for preparing, conducting, and completing programming tasks (mainly in SAS) in assigned Study Teams according to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentoring Statistical Programmers and Senior Statistical Programmers
- Acting as a Project Lead for
- only projects (if applicable) - Planning client deliverables and managing project budgets (including PFU/revenue files)
- Programming activities within assigned studies or acting as a programming lead for a study/program
- Producing programming outputs: edit checks, listings, summary tables, graphics
- Applying statistical tests (if background in Statistics)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science, statistics, or an equivalent field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant programming experience (preferably in SAS) in clinical data
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with sponsors and internal project teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally
