Job Description

MISSION

Proactively provide daily administrative, operational, and commercial support to Private Bankers to serve clients with excellence.

ACTIVITIES

Execute financial operations requests in accordance with procedures and deadlines:

• Handle stock market, foreign exchange, and securities transactions (entry, control, monitoring)
• Handle securities and cash transfer operations (entry, control, monitoring)
• Handle term deposits and fiduciary deposits (creation, modification, cancellation, monitoring)
• Provide daily support to team members for validation and complex operations

Ensure successful completion of operations and organize tasks during absences to maintain compliance:

• Process activity monitoring information and inform Private Bankers of anomalies (internal control, risks, compliance)
• Confirm transactions with Private Bankers and/or clients as necessary
• Organize work on hold during absence
• Detect
  - compliant transactions in line with procedures and regulations
• Contribute to establishing procedures to mitigate risks

Prepare documentation for Private Bankers to assist with administrative tasks:

• Prepare and analyze account opening documentation;
  
  
  
  
  - up on account openings and regularizations
• Manage account change requests (investment mandates, closures)
• Coordinate internally for requested operations
• Process loan establishment requests
• Ensure all documents for client visits are obtained and

• Stay informed on new regulations to monitor bank procedures
• Attend all bank training sessions
• Master all financial products in clients’ portfolios

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, economics, or related fields
• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and/or French
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team spirit
