We are currently looking for a European Chef for a prestigious family in Saudi Arabia, a chef that will be based in Dubai. with expertise in international cuisine. This job requires frequent traveling with the client, between Dubai, Riyadh, and around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee kitchen operations with a focus on international cuisine.
• Create, plan, and execute menus that highlight authentic regional flavors
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflows and hygiene standards
• Work closely with management on cost control, inventory, and supplier coordination
• Contribute to seasonal menu development and continuous culinary innovation

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef specializing in international cuisine
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Previous experience in
  - end or fine dining restaurants
• Knowledge of food safety and international kitchen best practices
• Fluency in English is a Plus
