Overview

The Portugal Private Credit Center of Expertise forms part of the wider Loan Solutions team within the Alternative Investors (AI) client line, working in collaboration with the Private Capital teams. The Loan Solutions team delivers products and solutions to asset manager and asset owner clients investing in Private Credit (corporate loans), Infrastructure Debt and Real Estate Debt. The team’s purpose is to deliver client solutions and services designed for General Partners investing in private assets, direct loans and broadly syndicated loans.

Your Main Activities Are

• Process activities following the operational procedures in place, ensuring the SLA is met and performing tasks according to work allocation
• Perform controls according to procedures and risk mapping (checklists, 4 eyes check)
• Analyse and integrate data in the systems while comparing data from different sources to ensure reliability
• Manage queries, understand priorities and forward requests to the respective departments
• Escalate
  - solved queries and potential incidents
• Extract reports, gather information and provide information to support decision processes and oversight duties
• Ensure client satisfaction by following up on instructions and ensuring timely handling of queries
• Enroll in training to evolve on relevant topics, cover upskilling, train newcomers and smooth onboarding
• Share continuous improvement ideas and contribute to their implementation
• Contribute to a good team atmosphere and follow the Group's code of conduct (including Smartworking Policy and Mandatory Trainings)

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluent English (C1-C2)
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork
