Role Overview:

We are looking for a Private Credit Operations Manager to join one of our biggest clients, a leading global financial institution specialized in asset management and private credit solutions.

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

What you will do:

Monitor and follow up on activity deliverables, define KPIs/KRIs, and ensure SLA compliance.

Manage risk by defining and deploying controls, handling incidents, and supporting audits.

Promote client satisfaction through proactive query management and SLA adherence.

Contribute to transformation initiatives, including efficiency improvements and system implementations.

Foster continuous improvement and best practice sharing across teams.

Drive people development through training plans, feedback, and succession planning.

Support recruitment processes and ensure proper onboarding and training.

What you are like:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.

5–7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power
Point, and Word.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (mandatory).
