Cedrus Capital is hiring a Private Equity Analyst

We are looking for highly motivated and capable individuals seeking a career in Private Equity. Join a

As a member of the investment and monitoring team, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing analyses and reports with sectoral monitoring of industries and markets.
2. Identifying investment opportunities.
3. Conducting financial analyses on potential investments and preparing investment theses.
4. Performing financial due diligence on investment targets and managing tax and legal due diligence with external service providers.
5. Preparing investment proposals and recommendations.
6. Creating presentations and support documents for
   - raising activities.
7. Following up and contributing to the effective management of invested companies.
8. Supporting the operational management of investment funds.
9. Contributing to the management of the office and the overall growth of Cedrus.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Graduates in management, economics, or engineering with 1-3 years of experience in private equity, consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking.

Autonomy, independence, and initiative.

Strong analytical skills, preferably with knowledge in finance.

Team spirit and adaptability.

Fluency in English and Portuguese.
