We are seeking a talented individual to join our Specialties Broking team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Support the structuring of transactional risk transfer solutions;
• Develop integrated projects within Private Equity, M&A, and risk management practices;
• Review and analyze documentation specific to M&A transactions, including information memorandum, purchase and sale agreements, and due diligence reports;
• Prepare presentation materials for market engagement with insurance providers;
• Negotiate with insurance markets to implement tailored risk transfer solutions aligned with client and target asset needs;
• Engage with strategic and financial investors, their advisors (including legal, tax, and financial consultants), and international networks;
• Assist in executing the commercial strategy, including identifying new business opportunities.

What you need to have:

• A degree in Law (preferred);
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of
  - qualification experience in M&A, corporate, or commercial practice areas;
• Proficiency in English and good knowledge of Spanish;
• Solid skills in Microsoft Word and Power
  Point (mandatory), along with familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools from a user perspective.
• Strong client focus and
  - solving abilities;
• A collaborative team spirit;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Strong prioritization and time management skills;
• A critical mindset with keen attention to detail.
