Private Equity Business Analyst
At least 4 years of experience in private equity (mandatory).
Solid knowledge of the private equity lifecycle: subscription, commitment, closing, etc.
Practical experience in systems integration projects (interfaces, messaging, workflow).
Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, development specifications, and testing phases.
Communication and stakeholder management skills (business, IT, etc. ).
An understanding of Cobol/Java is an asset.
Assume the role of functional manager for private equity in the context of current and future projects (improvement of existing systems, regulatory compliance, strategic transformation).
Formalize business requirements on Private Equity.
Identify and update documentation for the existing AZQORE Private Equity process.
Identify and document for developers the processes to be updated, created, etc. to meet new customer needs (internal and external) in collaboration with experts from the existing system.
Work closely with developers (COBOL, Java) and integration teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, user needs, and technical delivery.
Participate actively in testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support user validation.
Maintain close interaction with stakeholders (business, IT, Back Office).
