As a Private House Manager, you’ll create unforgettable experiences for our guests, combining elegance, precision, and personalized service. You will oversee the seamless operation of a private villa, ensuring impeccable standards, personalized service, and absolute discretion for our distinguished guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the private villa, guaranteeing flawless presentation and functionality.

Manage an exclusive private house that accommodates up to 12 guests.

Coordinate with Vila Vita departments to deliver bespoke services and experiences.

Ensure personalized care for guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

Organize and oversee F&B operations, including creative meal planning and service.

Prepare and serve simple meals, including breakfast, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.

Lead and supervise a household team, fostering excellence and collaboration.

Maintain compliance with luxury standards and ensure utmost privacy and discretion.

Handle logistics, maintenance, and guest support with professionalism and efficiency.

Your Profile:

Proven experience (3–5 years) in similar roles such as Butler, Head Housekeeper, or Villa Manager.

Impeccable reputation and strong references from previous employers.

Fluent German (mandatory and eliminatory), fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

High sense of responsibility, discretion, and commitment to excellence.

Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to
- minute changes.

Valid driving license and willingness to live in the Algarve.
