PRM Salesforce Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Join Siemens as a PRM Salesforce Senior Business Analyst. Help build and optimize the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system to transform our business model and enhance the customer journey. You will work with a global network of IT experts to bridge business needs and technical solutions.

About The Team

Join Siemens' Digital Sales/Marketing team to revolutionize how we connect with our partners. We are creating the next generation PRM system to support our business goals and customer experience.

Your mission will be…

• Lead business analysis activities for Salesforce PRM processes and systems
• Create and document detailed business requirements and user stories
• Manage incident resolution, change requests, and projects according to SLAs
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to prioritize and implement business needs
• Drive solution refinements for Partner Relationship Management processes
• Participate in solution design discussions with the global architecture team
• Serve as IT subject matter expert for PRM business processes
• Manage data quality and cleansing activities for the PRM system
• Lead testing coordination for enhancements and releases
• Support business process training and change management
• Collaborate with development teams and vendors on integration topics
• Monitor and improve delivery processes

We are looking for someone with…

• 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce business analysis, with focus on Partner Management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Advanced degree may substitute for some experience)
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, for effective global communication
• Strong
  - on experience with:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Partner Management processes and setup
• CRM business process expertise
• Agile methodologies and tools
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and requirement gathering
• Experience in service support and ticket management
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities
• Excellence in documentation and presentation skills
• Experience in change management and training delivery
• Demonstrated ability to work in
  - functional, global teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
