Role Overview:

Within the Global NPL (Non-Performing Loans) department, this role involves leading procedures and projects related to NPLs, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current operational processes

• Identify improvement opportunities and issues
• Document and design new procedures
• Manage dependencies and analyze impacts
• Prepare project requirements and oversee implementation
• Generate reports, proposals, and stakeholder presentations

Skills Required:

• Analytical,
  - solving, versatile profile
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power
  Point, Word)
• Intermediate data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI or similar)

Qualifications:

• Degree in Management, Economics, Law, or related fields
• Languages: Portuguese (fluent/native), English (C1), Spanish (plus)
• 4-6 years experience in Asset Management (NPLs) or Banking; Real Estate experience is a plus
