• Designing and documenting new processes and procedures.
• Creating visual process diagrams using Visio.
• Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilizing tools such as Service
  Now, Power
  Bi, and Jira for process management and reporting.
• Providing comprehensive support to the Global Process Owner in process design and signoff.

• Have 6+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Possess expertise in using tools like Service
  Now, Power
  Bi, and Jira.
• Are skilled in creating and managing workflows and process diagrams, ideally with Visio.
• Have a proven track record in process analysis and delivering impactful project outcomes.
