We are now looking for a Business Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

*For this position you need to have residency in Portugal (Lisboa).

Are you the one?

• Position: Process Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in Service Design & Release Management.
• Methodologies: Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile, ITIL, and DORA.
• Tools: Proven experience with Service
  Now.
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
• Profile: Solid skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
