Process Analyst - Global IT Asset Management System Implementation

Location

Hybrid, Lisbon

Primary Goal

Successfully implement a global IT asset management system.

Required Skills

• Minimum experience of 6 years
• Design and documentation of new processes and procedures
• Creation of visual process diagrams using Visio
• Development and implementation of KPIs
• Utilization of Service
  Now, Power
  BI, and Jira for process management and reporting
• Comprehensive support for the Global Process Owner in process design and sign‑off
