Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and
- thinking Process Analyst to join our Finance organization. This role supports the full project lifecycle of process analytics and automation initiatives, collaborates with
- functional teams, and translates strategic goals into automated solutions to drive business efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy and Planning: identify opportunities for automation and process mining; gather requirements with
  - functional teams; evaluate tools for analytics and automation; develop business requirements and prototypes as needed.
• Tool Implementation and Configuration: conduct requirements gathering; design and implement process improvement/automation solutions; develop dashboards and automation solutions using process mining, data transformation, visualization, and tools such as Celonis, Alteryx, Tableau, or Cloudflare platforms; perform unit and user acceptance testing; lead data validation; configure KPIs in process mining dashboards.
• Data & Process Analysis: analyze raw data to identify process improvement initiatives; interpret data trends and anomalies; use process mining tools to analyze process maps and validate insights with the business.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: monitor automation solutions for performance and stability; document and resolve issues; collaborate with IT support to troubleshoot challenges.
• Documentation and Training: create and update documentation; assist with training materials and support
  - users on automation tools and processes.

Must-Have Skills (Role Requirements)

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or related field.
• 1-2 years of
  - on experience with process mining or automation technologies (e. g. , Celonis, Ui
  Path, Power
  Automate, Alteryx).
• Familiarity with relational data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to write basic data queries using SQL and/or Python.
• Strong attention to detail and
  - solving skills; proactive issue identification and resolution.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to learn and grow in a
  - paced environment.
• Experience in creating and interpreting process maps, flowcharts, and technical documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Certification in Celonis, Ui
  Path, Alteryx, or other automation tools.
• Experience in a support or junior role within a process improvement or automation team.
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
• Familiarity with basic financial processes and KPIs (Procurement, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, etc. ).
