Process Analyst

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Provide support in the design, documentation, and signoff of the relevant processes and KPI’s.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process mapping;
• Proficiency in creating visual diagrams of processes (using Visio or similar);
• Expertise in Service Now, Power
  Bi and Jira;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Organizational and communication skills;
• Fluency in English.
