Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain small to large process management initiatives.
• Provide advice on areas for improvement within business processes, including actionable plans to implement recommendations.
• Analyze data and provide summaries to leadership to drive informed
  - making regarding process improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with process stakeholders and owners to ensure processes are effectively rolled out, operating procedures are updated and communicated, and stakeholders are trained.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Analyst
• Proficiency with presenting information to audiences of various backgrounds
• Proficiency in process modeling tools
• Knowledge of ITIL Frameworks
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Proactivity and dynamism
• Organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of English
