About The Role
We’re looking for a Process and Quality Officer to join an international organization with a strong presence in Portugal. This role is ideal for someone
- oriented, analytical, and eager to grow in the fields of process management, data quality, and operational excellence.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data, monitoring workflows, and improving administrative processes—particularly within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) framework. Working across departments, you’ll help identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support continuous process optimization.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor daily workflows for contract renewals in the internal contract management tool.
- Support purchase requests and assist managers and ordering customers throughout the approval cycle.
- Manage and control derogations for external assistants and monitor headcount discrepancies.
- Anticipate and follow up on employee departure processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Centralize and manage access requests for users in the contract tool, including remediation actions.
- Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to guarantee data completeness and reliability.
- Implement and monitor data quality metrics, proactively resolving inconsistencies.
- Collaborate
- functionally to understand data requirements and drive quality improvements. - Propose process enhancements to strengthen data management and operational efficiency.
Technical Skills (Required)
- Professional experience (1–3 years) in data analysis, data engineering, or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills (Microsoft Office Expert) — ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong understanding of data quality control and process management principles.
- Experience working with contract management or procurement tools is a plus.
