Process and Quality Officer
We are looking for a Process and Quality Officer to join an IT governance and operations team responsible for administrative and
- process management within a
- scale international environment.
This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of operational and financial data across systems and processes. The professional will monitor data flows, perform quality checks, and implement controls to maintain coherence and compliance standards.
You will also contribute to improving process efficiency and supporting key stakeholders in managing the Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle, headcount monitoring, and
- related workflows.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor contract renewal workflows and ensure timely updates in internal tools.
- Support managers and requesters in creating and following up on purchase requests.
- Control and validate derogations for external staff.
- Track and reconcile headcount discrepancies.
- Anticipate and coordinate offboarding and departure processes.
- Centralize and follow up on access requests, ensuring proper user access management.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, maintaining data reliability and accuracy.
Technical Skills:
- Previous experience (0–3 years) in data management or data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
Language Skills:
- English: B2
- French: B2
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid – 2 days per week
- site)
