THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Process and Quality Officer for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Monitor the workflow of contract renewals in the contract management tool on a daily basis;
• Support the manager and ordering customer with purchase requests;
• Manage and control derogations for External Assistants;
• Track and resolve Headcount discrepancies;
• Proactively anticipate departure processes;
• Centralize and follow up on access requests and user access in the contract tool (e. g. , remediatio actions).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the full MS Office Suite;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
