How You’ll Make An Impact
- Own and manage Siemens Energy’s global Process & Document Management and Process Execution Tool, ensuring it is optimized, user‑friendly, and aligned with governance, compliance, and business needs.
- Act as the go‑to expert for the Process & Document Management and Process Execution Tool, supporting business and functions to ensure consistent governance compliance and process application.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all relevant data in the Process & Document Management and Process Execution Tool, safeguarding its integrity and accessibility.
- Coordinate and support the global regulations process in close collaboration with corporate expert units, contributing to the development of the company‑wide governance rulebook while balancing risk‑based governance, legal requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Advise Governance Owners and global stakeholders on process governance principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Manage communication channels on governance topics, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and ensure transparent, targeted, and consistent messaging.
- Define governance‑related analytical questions and prepare regular evaluations and trend analyses to identify areas for improvement in the regulation and governance framework.
- Promote adoption and effective use of the process and document management and process execution tool through training, guidelines, and community engagement activities.
- Foster a connected global community that shares best practices in regulation, governance, process management, documentation management, and process execution.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Law, or a comparable discipline.
- First professional experience in regulatory management, process governance, or process management, ideally acquired in an operational unit or corporate environment; familiarity with the Siemens Energy organization is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in Corporate Governance or Compliance, and the ability to turn complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Proven ability to navigate and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and organizational structures.
- Innovative, proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
- High affinity for software tools and digital collaboration platforms, with experience in agile working methods.
- Solid understanding of data structures and formats (e. g. , JSON) and good knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e. g. , Python, SQL, Java
Script) would be desirable. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
