Job Description

As part of our Learning Ecosystem Team, you will enhance and automate operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability, working within an international setup.

• Assist in setting up and maintaining systems like JIRA and Share
  Point, including creating automations and improving data models.
• Support data management tasks, including structuring, cleaning, and maintaining training data for scalability and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide technical support for digital tools and systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Support
  - hoc operational tasks.
• Design and improve team collaboration pages in Confluence using HTML and CSS.

Your Profile

You possess strong communication skills, can translate ideas into technical solutions, and have
- solving abilities. You are
- oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to work with global teams across time zones, managing asynchronous communication and occasional extended schedules.

You are best suited if you have:

• A degree in IT, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Understanding of process automation concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of data management, including structuring data for scalability and integration.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Technical skills in JIRA, Tableau, Share
  Point, HTML, and CSS.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
