We are recruiting the following profile:Process Consultant (M/F) – Remote• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Excellent understanding of IT service management best practices and frameworks (e. g. , ITIL, IT4IT)• Experience in delivering processes in
- tower,
- site environments• Skilled in using various planning methodologies• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and statistics• Experience in forecasting and scheduling• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to deliver clear and concise presentations
