What are we looking for?

Job Description:

• Design business processes in compliance with company norms, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze and diagnose existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Model business processes using
  - standard methodologies and tools
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance
• Apply process improvement techniques to enhance operational effectiveness
• Support the design and implementation of
  - oriented organizational architecture
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure alignment of processes with business objectives

Requirements:

• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in process consulting or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and best practices for implementation
• Experience in process analysis and diagnostic techniques
• Proficiency in process modeling methodologies and tools
• Ability to create and monitor performance indicators for processes
• Familiarity with process improvement techniques (e. g. , Lean, Six Sigma)
• Understanding of
  - oriented organizational architecture
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
