Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Deploy and improve automatic systems, regulate and control, make
- up and ensure their reliability; - Deploy and improve pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, and other systems and control their effective operation;
- Perform programming of logic controllers and ensure their proper functioning;
- Actively participate in 8D related to the area;
- Create and implement security routines to guarantee equipment backups;
- Ensure all necessary support to maintain production, assess the efficiency of interventions, and ensure
- up; - Collaborate in preventive/curative maintenance of all equipment and participate in constructing new equipment;
- Follow up on the reception of new equipment;
- Ensure full respect of HSE rules and legislation.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level: Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical (automation), Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial environment.
Good knowledge of lean manufacturing.
Good knowledge of maintenance and industrial equipment.
Good knowledge of electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Good skills in technical project management.
Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment.
Siemens Software PLC Programming (preferred).
Knowledge of Artificial Inspection systems.
Visual Basic.
Knowledge of the civil responsibility of the producer.
LCM leadership competencies.
- KUKA robot knowledge (preferred).
- FANUC robot knowledge (preferred).
