Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and optimization of production processes and products, as well as in the implementation of new technologies;
• Monitor and analyse quality indicators, productivity levels, and the consumption of raw materials, thermal and electrical energy, and industrial water;
• Ensure alignment with the annual budget, internal procedures, and applicable regulations and legislation;
• Contribute to the achievement of production targets, productivity improvements, technological advancements, and the development of new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred);
• Solid knowledge of chemical processes;
• Familiarity with project management practices;
• Understanding of continuous improvement tools and methodologies (e. g. , Lean, Six Sigma);
