- functional team aims to enhance customer satisfaction and make the Procure to Pay (P2P) process more efficient through technological innovation. If you want to shape the future of Process Excellence in a dynamic environment, you are the right fit!

Our P2P Business:

We optimize, automate, and standardize the
-
- end P2P process, including Procure to Order, Affiliate-to-Affiliate, Invoice to Pay, Data Analytics, and Robotics. We work in diverse, agile teams—called P2P feature teams—and seek your support as a global Process Expert.

Your Responsibilities:

• Optimize and increase the efficiency of the global P2P process, focusing on automation and process improvement for Bosch Group worldwide.
• Collaborate with process experts, standardize processes, and ensure interface functionality across IT tools within the P2P
  -
  - end process.
• Innovate automation ideas, translate process requirements into practical solutions, and deliver benefits to internal customers and users.
• Partner with stakeholders in operations and strategic purchasing, challenge existing practices, and identify potential process improvements.
• Lead projects with an
  -
  - end perspective, leveraging the latest technologies in P2P Process Excellence.

Qualifications:

• Completed university studies in Computer Science, Economics, Business Information Technologies, Purchasing, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Passion for learning,
  - oriented,
  - minded, adaptable to change,
  - focused, with strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge sharing abilities. Results-oriented with abstract thinking skills.
• Independent problem identification and resolution,
  - organized, creative, effective, and capable of working in international teams.
• Experience in Project Management and P2P business processes is preferred; knowledge of Power
  BI or process mining tools is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills are advantageous.
