- functional team aims to significantly increase customer satisfaction and make the Procure to Pay (P2P) process more efficient through innovative technologies. If you want to shape the future of Process Excellence in a

Our P2P Business:

We optimize, automate, and standardize the
-
- end Procure to Pay process, which includes Procure to Order, Affiliate-to-Affiliate, Invoice to Pay, Data Analytics, and Robotics. We work in diverse, agile teams—known as P2P feature teams—and seek your valuable support as a global Process Expert.

Your Job:

• Responsibility for optimizing and increasing the efficiency of the P2P process, focusing on automation and global process improvement for Bosch Group worldwide.
• Collaborate closely with other process experts to standardize processes, align interfaces with IT tools, and ensure global functionality.
• Innovate automation ideas, translate process requirements into practical solutions, and provide benefits to internal customers and users.
• Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders in operations, strategic purchasing, challenge the status quo, and identify potential process improvements.
• Drive projects with an
  -
  - end mindset, applying the latest information technologies in P2P Process Excellence.

Your Profile

• Education: Completed university studies in Computer Science, Economics, Business Information Technologies, Purchasing, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Personality: Passionate to learn and work on new topics,
  - oriented,
  - minded, open to change,
  - focused, with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of documenting and sharing knowledge,
  - oriented with a focus on deliverables, and able to think abstractly.
• Working Practice: Independent in identifying impediments and resolving them,
  - organized, creative, effective, with excellent
  - solving skills, experienced in working within international teams.
• Experience & Knowledge: Experience in Project Management and Procure to Pay processes; familiarity with Power
  BI or other process mining tools is a plus but not mandatory.
• Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken English; German skills are a plus.
