How your future looks like with us

• Act as the
  - to expert for specific topics/area within.
• Accounting & Reporting, supporting global and local teams.
• Define and document
  - related processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain
  -
  - date guidelines and procedures across the finance function.
• Support and lead initiatives related to ERP migration or other relevant projects.
• Act as a liaison between the finance operational team and IT, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.
• Perform Business Analysis tasks as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team and projects.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation.

What you bring with you for a future with us

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or similar area;
  
  
• Fluent command of the English language is required.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles;
  
  
• Experience with
  SAP migration projects (ideally S/4Hana) and inventory accounting, consolidation, and reporting is a plus;
  
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and how to improve them as well as designing and documenting;
  
  
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
  
  
• Proficiency in SAP Finance module and ability to use it across business processes;
  
  
• Skilled in facilitating stakeholder alignment, defining
  - oriented action plans, and effectively resolving conflicts to ensure smooth collaboration and
  - making.
