What is my role like?
We’re looking for a Process Improvement & Systems Specialist to join Clever Advertising on a maternity leave cover. This role ensures continuous process improvement and effective knowledge management across the organization. The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining and disseminating Clever’s knowledge base and FAQs, supporting internal training initiatives, and ensuring system compliance and documentation accuracy.
By collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, this role guarantees the integrity, usability, and optimization of operational workflows, contributing directly to a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
What will my daily tasks involve?
- Respond to and resolve support tickets related to processes and the knowledge base.
- Lead training sessions on knowledge bases and process standardization.
- Review and update processes, procedures, checklists, and FAQs.
- Manage and distribute Clever’s internal Chat
Bot to help expand and maintain the organizational knowledge base. - Provide consultancy and guidance on continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with process indicators and monitor progress on action plans.
- Collaborate with the Process Audit team to ensure ongoing optimization and adherence to best practices.
What is expected from me?
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or related field.
✓ 2+ years of experience in process improvement, knowledge management, or operations coordination.
✓ Understanding of process documentation and optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc. ).
✓ Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and internal engagement.
✓ Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira).
✓ Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward improvement.
✓ Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
✓ Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
