Role Description

This is a
- time
- site role for a Process Lead located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. The Process Lead will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all production processes are running efficiently and effectively. They will also be responsible for maintaining quality control, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing production processes, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in process management and optimization
• Knowledge of quality control and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to implement and manage process improvements
• Excellent
  - solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in the Sciences or Related
• Previous experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
